Best Western Shelbyville Lodge

I was overly excited that I found a location close to home that accepted pets. My room was close to the door that takes you outside to the pet area. Very convenient and very comfortable. I was there because of the "tornado" outbreak and my home is small. I didn't have breakfast because I had to leave early for work. I would definitely recommend to anyone with pets...and I have told many people.

I really enjoyed the staff and the cleanliness of the facility. Everyone was very nice and professional.

The person at the front desk was very welcoming. I received a room just as I requested and was able to pay for early check in. The room was clean and comfortable. The bedding was comfortable as well. I didn't have breakfast before I left but the jetset coffee was great. The location was perfect.

Breakfast was great! Staff was more than courteous and professional. Was available whenever we needed and more than willing to help us anyway we needed. Location was perfect not far from the interstate and other locations.

The king suite was larger than expected. The hotel was clean and nice. The beds were comfortable. They have a decent hot breakfast. Susie at check in was super sweet and accommodating. Sunny at check was also very nice.
